YHC is currently battling the effects of summer heat and humidity so what better way to push through than to sign up for a Q.  The PAX were treated with a head to toe experience today.  Success was measured by the number of brothers who could not move the following morning.  The original intention was to set a goal of 10 rounds but YHC opted for 35 min, seeing form and spirits dropping wildly after 5’ish.  BigBird led the way completing 7-8 rounds before time was called.

YHC was a little annoyed with the lack of brothers requesting help with the pullups as the rounds went on and therefore opting for something that resembled either hanging and twitching or a jump swinging motion…. Therefore, 20 consecutive pullups was added in before we were released back to the field.  Knowing that most/no one could knockout 20 after the prior rounds and deadhangs, it was a nice reminder of the benefits of teamwork and humility.
