With summertime in full affect, F3JAX has seen some Q vacancies popping up.  And as good leaders do, several brothers have stepped up to fill in and keep things rolling.  Also, as good leaders do, these brothers look to inflict as much torture as possible in order to teach the PAX a lesson on stepping forward and serving your brothers.  And none gets as much joy in delivering this message than our resident Disruptor, Jumanji.  Seeing that Jumanji had 4 Qs in one week, YHC did his best to decrease the chance of PAX destruction and quickly volunteered to take a Q.  After a vicious battle, a compromise was established and a Co-Q was set up.  You are welcome…

In typical SeatDown and Jumanji fashion, SD constructed a thorough and well balanced beatdown and Jumanji threw it out the window and we rolled with it.  Great turnout, a few fresh faces, the semi-annual return of I-lean and a sweaty good time overall.

• Team Spartan – Block Webb

o    We had a slight variation due to YHC’s misinterpretation of Jumanji’s plan

• Team Jethro – circuit around the field

o    10 hand release merkins

o    10 V Ups

o    10 Pull Ups

o    10 Dips

• Stop and Switch when one circuit is complete
• 10 Count while Jumanji berated the PAX on sticking together as a team… modification followed
• Team Spartan – Block Webb, correctly this time
• Team Jethro – circuit around the field

o    Min 10 hand release merkins – whole team continues until the Six hits 10

o    Min 10 V Ups

o    Min 10 Pull Ups

o    Min 10 Dips

• Stop and Switch when one circuit is complete

 

To the Basketball Court

• One suicide for failing the Core Concept Quiz
• Split back into teams for hair burner relays – to the foul line and back

o    Each team took home a victory

• One more suicide to celebrate Updraft knowing 5 brothers’ names
• Broke into teams of 4-5 and Indian Ran back to the field while passing the plates overhead
