Q awoke around 4am, well before the 4:50am alarm, due to the excitement (and stress of being late) of today’s workout. 8 additional PAX would arrive not knowing what the “run day” had in store for them. They would soon be educated on not “judging” others, especially their taste in music! After a brief biography on my M’s, and her late best friend’s, FAVORITE country artist, his name was revealed…..none other than LUKE BRYAN! Today just happens to be Luke’s BIRTHDAY! (42) The PAX would get to listen to numerous Luke Bryan hits over the next 45 minutes! (And hopefully find a new appreciation for his music like the Q did in recent weeks)
WARM UPS:

*50 LBCs at base of bridge. (West side)
*Mosey to top.
*25 HORSES ABS. New bridge workout, and sure to be a crowd favorite in no time.
*Mosey to bottom on the EAST side.
*50 Merkins.
*Mosey back to top of bridge.
*25 more HORSES ABS.
*Mosey down to WEST side of bridge.
*Plank until SIX arrives.
*Mosey back to flag pole, with a few Wagon Wheels along the way.

*Additional insight into importance of not judging, or forming opinions of, people. Q shared family story on how it feels to be on the receiving end of being judged. (How some people respond to Q’s Special Needs son’s action while out in public) Announcements, and closed with prayer and 1 Samuel 16:7, “Looks aren’t everything.
