16 men joined us this morning after yesterday’s rain cleared and the morning gloom was perfect for some non fart sacking. The theme of the day was leading your family through tough times.

Warm up: Nolan Ryans, Little baby arm circles forward and backwards, Peter Parker, NASCAR around the flag pole (bear crawl, crab walk, duck walk)

Field 1: Dora ( as p2 runs bases at 25, 50, 75, 100%) 100 squats, 100 merkins, 100 LBCs

Run to concessions stand— different partner— frog jump to center field house

On the stands: 20 Box jumps, 20 creature merkins, 20 derkins

To bear crawl hall— bear crawl half way/Pom Pom lunge half way.

‘Circle burp’ not once but twice

Suicides to each island in first parking lot: 30 LBCs at baseline/ 10 shooting stars at each island.

COT: Men, if you are not in a storm or coming out of a storm, we must be prepared as men to lead our family as we might be going into one. To help your family move on despite what life gives us. Last week my family went through a storm after my brother in law and fellow F3 mate passed away.  This was in Dedication to a fallen brother Shock Treatment (Greg Vernon). Redemption.

Thanks for the CoQ McDreamy!
