Prior to my VQ, YHC had three fears: first, that I would have some sort of alarm malfunction and oversleep. Second, that no one would show up. Third, that I would mess up the cadence count. Fear number one was avoided at 4:00 am when I woke up ready to go. Fear two was avoided when 21 people joined me in my first Q. Fear three, well the jury is still out on that one.
The theme for today- No man left behind. 10 weeks ago, I was a man with no hope. I was very depressed and scared because I thought I could never change that life. When Bada Bing invited me to visit F3, I was hesitant. It only took one day and I was hooked. I stood before you guys today 50+lbs lighter and life is good. F3 quite literally saved my life. There is absolutely no way I could have done it without you guys. To make that theme real for today we mixed it up a little bit. Fast men were forced to wagon wheel and get the slower men to the destinations. On the Dora exercises, the faster men teamed up with the slower men. I feel like with was a fun workout and I had a lot of fun leading it.
