14 PAX posted and braved the humidity for run/bike day. The mumblechatter focused on Snooki’s Q debut the day before. Pom Pom arrived with an FNG (Eric).

THANG:
(1) Mosey to soccer fields and perform 20 squats. Tempo run from soccer fields to church entrance (20 steps mosey followed by 20 steps at moderate to elevated pace). 39 LBCs. Indian Run to Ponte Vedra High School followed by 20 merkins. Abort run to PV football field due to heavy traffic (student athletes heading to practice). Mosey back to Davis Park. Back Pedal to each island in parking lot near baseball fields and perform 5 merkins at each island. Sprint to each island and perform 5 diamond merkins at each island. Suicide run followed by 20 Bobby Hurleys. Mosey to parking lot near soccer field followed by Indian Run to outhouse. 20 Monkey Humpers. Back to Flag.

(2) The Bike Brigade (Seinfield, Nutshell, Gravy) rode a loop past the new school to Crosswater Parkway back to the flagpole. The Brigade also did: 20 Burpees, 40 Merkins, 40 SSH, 80 Squats, 160 LBC’s.
