10 Pax rolled into Badlands expecting the mid-week norm: A low impact, deep stretch Yoga routine.  But much like life, they were met with the unexpected: 45 minutes of 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off of the best exercises F3 has to offer + modifications. PAX did not grumble but rather adjusted accordingly with the constant variation of “on your feet, on your six, on your stomach.”

In COT/BOM, F3 does not endorse one faith in the world but simply maintains we are not the center of it.  Despite loss – of loved ones, friends, jobs – we “consider it joy when we face trials.
