Skkkkiiiiiiiiimmmmmmmmm, you out there brother????? Biscuit, slash you out there brothers???? Thank god we didn’t lose anyone today, all showed back up at COT and made the Q very happy. Two things made this a successful Q for me today. One, I didn’t lose anybody (not a good thing), and two when we were running laps at the storage place I passed snookie at one point and asked how he was doing and providing some encouragement yet snookie says to me “ I’m not talking to you” in a not so pleasant manner. So I knew right then if members of the PAX were upset with the workout I was doing my job and getting them out of their comfort zone and making the workout hard. I know snookie you meant nothing by it but I thought it was funny. Keep trucking along though you are doing great along with gravy and his weight loss.

mosey to storage facility and perform SSH until 6 arrives. PAX runs 5 laps around facility stopping after each lap to perform in succession

fastholes continue to run laps until 6 is in. Next we ran to crosswater church and did 2 sets of 10 pull-ups and lunges. Mosey back to COT to perform a circle of howling monkeys. All PAX gets in monkey humper position and holds while each person in succession does 5 monkey humpers until all PAX finishes. Thighs burning after that but fun way to finish with something different. Welcome new FNG FT to the group, outstanding job today. Lots of mumblechatter today concerning Bada bings very short shorts and I think his manhood may have fallen out during the hello dolly warmup. I’ll give it to him though, the shorts??? have the F3 logo on them and he owns it so proud of him for taking the jokes and rolling with it.
