Despite a hurricane on the horizon and YHC’s pre-blast prediction of a dismal beatdown, 13 brave souls arrived with running shoes on. They were uncertain but committed. They were ready for the unknown, confident that in the end, they would overcome. They were (duh, duh, duh…cue the dramatic music…), BADLANDERS!! Whether verbalized or not, each man has concluded an important observation: they are different compared to a year, or even 6 months, ago. They realize that WE are changing, becoming better men with each workout, each relationship. While this is certainly true for for our bodies, real change requires new thinking. In order to change, we must change the way we think.

COT/ CR/NR/BOM: The way you think determines the way you feel, and the way you feel determines the way you act. If you want to change the way you act, start by changing the way you think. Gandhi said it best: “Your beliefs become your thoughts, Your thoughts become your words, Your words become your actions, Your actions become your habits, Your habits become your values, Your values become your destiny.”
