YHC embraced the delightfully cool Davis Park aroma at 0500, allowing him a few minutes to prepare for the ‘little shop of horrors’ that awaited 9 brave souls arriving shortly there after. The paucity of Pax was somewhat curious. YHC attributed it to the merriment enjoyed over the weekend’s FL v. GA game. YHC began the show without introduction and with an immediate plank. The THANG:

Group (of 3) Hair burners 25, 35, or (2) 10 lbs. Switching at cones. Others are suiciding between next cone and man with the plate— running backward to cone and forward to their man. To Jessica field—twice per man.

Gauntlet: Partner up. One pair at each of 10 cones. Each cone has labeled exercise. Each man does 30 of each. Can only advance when both men are finished and by bear crawl to next cone.

Ferris wheel: 20 paces out 20 derkins, flapjack. Rd 2 is iron cross 20. Rd 3 is leg leaps

Mosey back to flag– totally gassed…

He asked them to consider what exactly that was in their lives…anger/ discontent/ familial discord? Or is it faith-centered leadership in the home and work place? Where we place our time, interest and energy will thrive…and only we can decide what will grow by our efforts.
