November 14, 2018 – What a glorious day it shall be. Temperature is a perfect 70 degrees at 5:30AM with just a touch of humidity. The rain blew through last night but it is a dry morning. Nothing was going to mess with this Birthday Q!!!
14 PAX surrounded the flag pole this morning all in anticipation of long deep stretching and numerous Lindsay Lohans.

THE THANG
Form 2 lines behind the Q and DJ BADA BING. Hands in the Air (Hallelujahs) and mosey to the OUTHOUSE – 20 Monkey Humpers IC. Continue Hallelujah Mosey to 1st Dog Park – 20 Monkey Humpers IC (fairly certain someone was walking their dog ITG). On to the Jessica’s Field for some 4 Corners.
PAX broke into 2 groups. Sprint the length of the football field and perform 1 Burpee, 5 Merkins and 5 Squats mosey across the goal line to the next corner completing 2 Burpees, 5 Merkins and 5 Squats. Continue at this rate until you reach 10 Burpees.
Form 2 Lines and Mosey to Bear Crawl Ally for Bearmuda Triangle. 3 Cones 20 yards apart in the shape of a triangle. Start with 10 Burpees bear crawl to next cone for 9 Burpees and so on.
Mosey to Baseball field for Tribute to the Marshall University Football Team plane crash which occurred exactly 48 years ago today. Catalina Wine Mixer while playing AC/DC Thunderstruck. Plank until “thunderstruck” then go down onto each arm into a chilcutt. Last arm down becomes the first one to go back up into a plank. Then do a Merkin. UGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Message – what happened to the Marshall Football Program on November 14, 1970 was a terrible tragedy. Hopefully, none of us will ever have to deal with something of that magnitude. However, it would be a real tragedy if each of us didn’t continue to EH other Men who need us or have not been introduced to F3.
