9 Pax Braved the rough weather (54 degrees) to see what YHC had in store. Sticking with the #IRONPAXCHALLENGE theme from #Anchor, I figured it’d be fun to share Iron Pax Week 3 Joy. LOCATION: Southside Park in San Marco (Behind the Library) – More Specifically todays workout took place on the Basketball court for fear of #AngryAnts due to the rain
WARM UP: A few arm circles & stretches… minimal warm up. Jumanji has stated that a burpee is a good way to stretch and YHC had a few in the line up!
