13 Pax including 2 FNGs enjoyed the 7AM post Turkey Day Poseidon workout.  Something borrowed- something gained was the theme of today’s fun and games.  Each phase of the workout was  borrowed from the genius of other Jax Pax workouts and mashed-up like the casserole feast of two days prior.

Warmup – SSH, Michael Phelps, Moroccan Nightclub, Reacher, Don Quixote.

Thang-

Phase 1 – Slash’s golf ball 100 year dash test – partner up, 100 year dash, 2nd pax merkins/lbc, repeat until all balls moved.  2nd round motivation – 50 burpee penalty- Pax shaved one minute off total time.

Phase 2- Lucky Charm’s and Smurf’s Tabata Remix- 5 stations – pullups, jumps, mountain climbers, dips, bobby hurleys- 3 rounds, 45 seconds working per station, 20 seconds rest/transition,

Phase 3- Pyro’s East facing Bear Crawl Box – 30,20, 10 – Monkey Humpers, Flutter Kicks, Carolina Drydocks, PicklePounders.

COT- YHC thankful that the thankful day is past.  Trying to be “present”.  Thankful for our health and ability to spend time together getting better.
