17 men showed up on this, the last day of 2018, to work hard in the Gloom (or should we say Fog today). Today’s workout was a team challenge focus motivating each other to push hard for overall team reps.
All IC: 16 SSH, 11 FLBAC, 11 BLBAC, 11 The Reacher, 11 Don Quixote
Mosey to Bear crawl alley Bear crawl to first light pole followed by lunges to the heart of the THANG
4 teams pushed each other to produce as many reps in 5 sets of exercises for 5 minutes a set. One PAX on each team pushed through the set until burning out allowing the next team memeber to take on the reps. Repeat until time completes. While the one PAX worked reps, the remaining PAX exercised as a group until it was their turn for reps.
Set 1: Push-ups (rep count) / Run in place with high knees and heel kicks (team workout until pax burns out)
Set 2: Squats with coupon shoulder press / plank (center, one arm)
Set 3: Coupon bicep curl alternating arms / mountain climbers (modified for Squats as needed)
Set 4: LBCs / Rocky Balboas
Set 5: Dips / Hillbillies
Mosey back to COT for 10 burpees – 5 for a wife kiss and 5 for a Zamboni party 🙂
