Phase 1 : Dora- partner up, 100 hand release merkins, 200 summo squats, 300 lbcs.
Phase 2: Simple- 10 Rep Exercise (merkins, burpees, mhumpers, picklepounders, bhurleys, 3phase lbcs, a few more YHC has forgotten) followed by 100 yard sprint- 100 yard jog return
