12 PAX joined QIC on a chilly, wet 45 degree morning at Badlands! QIC posted an “interesting” invite on Slack Sunday, and these Brave Men accepted! They overcame the urge to Fartsack and agreed to SHARE THE SUCK!

Warmups
• Intro (Warmups in Cadence)
• Lap around parking lot
• SSHs (15)
• Backwards around parking lot
• Merkins (15)
• Shuffle around parking lot
• Michael Phelps (15)
• Skip around parking lot
• Hillbilly (15)
• Indian Run around parking lot
• LBCs (15)
The THANG
• Partner UP: 1 coupon for every other person. (Coupon being a concrete block!)
• Mosey to football field (Sharing coupon with partner)
• Circle, Partner 1 in front of Block. Partner 2 no block.
* TABATA, 30 seconds of each exercise, 10 seconds of rest.
• Partner 1 block curls, Partner 2 Merkins. (Reverse)
• Partner 1 step ups, Partner 2 LBCs. (Reverse)
• Partner 1 block squats, Partner 2 Mountain Climbers . (Reverse)
• Partner 1 block press, Partner 2 BB Sit Ups. (Reverse)
• Partner 1 block jump, Partner 2 Diamond Merkins. (Reverse)
• Block Circle Share/Squat
*So much fun, we had to repeat after an Indian Run around parking lot.
* TABATA, 30 seconds of each exercise, 10 seconds of rest.
