10 PAX for a chilly, for us anyway, beatdown. 36F is cold for Florida – but we know in Naperville the “feels like” temp is below -34F. Holy Smokes, can’t even imagine!
No crusty PAX to salty up the air – so we had a good, clean workout on the frozen tundra!

To the Pavilion – Quick Q Source discussion on Leadership Development Process: 1) Schooling, 2) Apprenticeship, 3) Opportunity, and 4) Failure.
Slow Dips – in Cadence
Heisenberg Step Ups – 10 each leg, OYO
GUEST – Newbie Q! – Intent was for Q to get a newbie to lead an exercise and get a taste of Qing.
But – FAIL for the Q! Left the OYO option on the table and two newbies took advantage of it to dodge leading an exercise. Lesson learned!
To the Tundra for Suicides –
10 Frog pushup things
10 half way squats
10 V Ups
To the Playground –
7 Pack with Pullups and Merkins
10 x – WW2 situps

Mosey around Field to the Flag.
BOM – Thanks for two of the PAX getting jobs (mostly set – they start in the coming weeks), Memorial Services for LiFO’s MIL, Traf has to keep quiet for 3 day Silent Retreat this weekend (YHC would go on the weekend just to see if he could do it!)
LiFo Bonus material – 1) resist the first temptation for a thing, much easier than stopping after 2nd and 3rd taste…2) Boy Scout TIP – EDGE – Educate, Demonstrate, Guide, and Enable – great LDP!
