F3 on F3

What better way to spend F3 than with a F3 workout.  9 PAX along with 4 2.0’s joined in on this fun adventurous workout as rain loomed, but did not fall on our workout.

Warm Up

SSH – 12, Michael Phelps – 12, Hillbillies – 12, Reacher – 12, Limp Member – OYO, LBACF and LBACB


The Thang

4 corners – three rounds of exercises at each corner 1. LBC’s, Freddy Mercury’s, Iron Mike X 30 2. Merkin, Diamond Merkin, Wide Merkin  X 25 3. Squat, Prisoner Squat, Bobby Hurley’s X 25 4. Plank Jacks, Mountain Climbers, Peter Parkers X 25 the PAX alternated travel methods between corners…Bear Crawl, Lunge, Crawl Bear, etc

Mosey to Parsonage

11’s – start with 1 Merkin run and then 10 BB sit up’s, end with 10 merkins  run and 1 BB Sit-Up. Sugar Rush has the Carolina Dry Dock down cold as she and proud papa Bada Bing led the fastholes…


We marveled at Gravy, Biscuit and Seinfeld’s weight loss (way to go guys!!!)

We named some of the 2.0’s and some of them named themselves…my personal fav is Sugar Rush!!! Bobcat demonstrated his flossing dance for us!!!

YHC shared that we need each other in the 3rd F of our organization just as much as we need each other in the first two F’s.  We prayed for our day and then got ready for service!  It was an honor to host Badlands at PVBC and lead such a great group of men and kids!!!
