YHC reads a lot and has been challenged to do some introspection from a certain fitness guy…#canthurtme.  one finding was a complete lack of gratitude and wanting everything to be a certain way…when its not his way…comes the “bitch.” From little things to big things, it is the default mode.

David Goggins says that it is an epidemic in America…endless bitching. People would rather bitch about a problem than try to come up with a solution to fix it. “Chances are the only person you need to bitch at is yourself for not being squared away. The reality is that I was one of these people. THIS KIND OF MENTALITY DOESN’T ALLOW YOU TO GROW. You spend too much time worrying about others and complaining that nothing is ever fair in your life. If you catch yourself bitching, recognize it, take a step back and see if it is really worth it or justified.

THE THANG

Warm ups….

10 Burpees just because

SSH x 10…Plank Jacks x 10. Don Quixote x 10 Reacher x 10…Mosey around the park to the tennis courts:  20 Donkey Kicks..OYO

Mosey to field….partner up…50 Partner merkins(not sure of the name) 50 Iron Mikes  50 BB sit ups…each partner.

Bear Crawl Inch worm from one end of the field to other….

Two 50 % sprints the length of the field… Al Charmichael  run length of field 10 squats/ back  10 squats…same thing with 10 merkins, flutter kicks, iron mikes, diamond merkins, and sit ups.

At this point, the mumble chatter had subsided…

Mosey to the playground…Nothing good happens there….wall sits and box jumps…mosey after that for some rocky balboas and decline merkins…

And then we jumped into the pool for 10 burpees and then a set of 12 box jumps…..mosey to the field for the last set of exercises

Bear crawl 11’s with merkins and stump huggers(alternating elbow planks…..at this point YHC was smoked as was the Pax, who all performed admirably.

Circle up for the butterfly stretch and then just for kicks, 20 flutter kicks OYO.
