Warm Up: Limp Michael Phelps IC; Down Doggy calf stretch OYO, Partner quad stretch… then the opportunity to PUSH ON–>hand release merkins until complete muscle failure, wait 5 secs, then 5 more

And then we ran the 20 mile loop, (total distance around 4 miles). Every mile, we stopped to PUSH ON (see above).

BOM: I’m reading ‘Can’t Hurt Me’ by David Goggins. In it, he reminds us to remove the governor of our brains and take command of our inner dialogue. Life is a big mind game…. and your only opponent is yourself. We defeat our inner weakness when we PUSH ON.
