The Thang:

  • BTTW ride the rail up the ramp
  • Wall sit for the six, then Overhead claps IC x 10
  • Mosey down the stairs
  • High plank in the derkin position for the six, then Derkins IC x 10

Curb-to-curb:

  • Bear crawl to the 1st curb, then 10 Squat Benders
  • Lunge walk back, then 5 Derkins
  • Rinse and repeat for 4 rounds
  • Burpee Penalty for Boucher’s late arrival – 10 Burpess OYO
  • Mosey to the pavillion

Working the Wheels (leg work):

  • 10 HEISENBERG Step-ups
  • Followed by 20 Calf Raises
  • Rinse and repeat for 5 rounds
  • Mosey to the playground

Mucho Chesto variation:

  • 20 Werkins, then run around the playground
  • Followed by 20 Merkins, 20 Diamond Merkins, 20 Left-Stagger, 20 Right-Stagger; each followed by running a lap
  • Al Gore for the six
  • Mosey to the Basketball Court

More Leg Work:

  • 4 Corners: #1-Iron Mikes, #2-Plank Jacks, #3-Bobby Hurleys, #4-Mountain Climbers
  • Lunge walk between each corner, always facing north

Naked Moleskin/COT:

Following up on the core value YHC gave the analogy of you and your life as a wooden pencil.
