Do the next three exercises in Chair Pose –LBAC F – do not recover, LABC B – do not recover, Chinooks – recover

Reachers – recover, Flutter kick – recover

5 burpees OYO

Suicidal Boga – sprint,   3 burpees, then assigned yoga pose.     Rinse and repeat. 

  • Warrior 2 Pose, Warrior 3 both R legs L  Leg ,  Figure 4 chair pose both legs, Pendent, High Boat / Low boat

11’s OYO pull ups and bobby hurly’s (Double)- run around the playground

6 minute pilates Core exercises

  • Get on slack – listen to gravy’s talk.  

  • I started a marriage channell for us to share our struggles and our triumphs.  To support each other to protect and preserve our marriages.
  • A nugget that learned from one of the marriage classes the M and I attended was actually pretty simple.  But when my wife would “complain about something” instead of arguing about the details” the guy coached me listen without getting defensive and once my wife was done talking say “thank you for sharing that with me I am going to work on it”  That trick has saved me from a lot of arguments
