10 Pax arrived at Goodlands wondering what YHC had planned.  Having posted last Saturday in Franklin, TN at Armada, I was excited to bring a few new exercises.  Our AO is a little different and doesn’t have the exact equipment they had at Armada.  They used swings for doing body weight rows and a play area surrounded by a one foot high wall to do plank shuffles with merkins mixed in every few feet.  Not to be deterred we went for it!

11s Deconstructed Burpee (10 Merkins – 1 Squat Jump, etc)

Playground Circuit 20-15-10-5 (Swing Pull-ups, Drydocks, Monkey Hump)

1-2-3 Minute FRBL (Forward – Right – Back – Left – 3 Burpees on “Down”) NEW FAVORITE

Wall Plank Shuffle (Plank Shuffles along the wall, 5 Merkins on “down”, Rinse and Repeat)

6 Minutes of Mary (Flutter, RT & LT Toe Touch, Superman, Reach Plank, Peter Parker)
