50 minutes with weights

  1. Warm up: Feud
  2. Cardio warm up: Indian run with weights around football field two stops with 5 burpees at each stop. Total distance 300 yards
  3. Kettle bell suicide run with weights. Starting at end zone run to 20 yard line place weight down run back to end zone return to 20 yard line pick up weight, repeat every 20 yards until you reach opposite end zone. Total distance = 700 yards
  4. 50 total lunges with weights (25 each leg)
  5. Partner exercise. One partner runs 20 yards and back while other partner does squats. Swap. Repeat every 20 yards.  Total distance = 300 yards
  6. 50 bench press with added weights
  7. Kettle bell suicide run with weights. Starting at end zone run to 20 yard line place weight down run back to end zone return to 20 yard line pick up weight, repeat every 20 yards until you reach opposite end zone. Total distance = 700 yards
  8. 25 figure eights with weights
  9. Partner exercise. One partner runs 20 yards and back while other partner does merkins . Swap. Repeat every 20 yards.  Total distance = 300 yards
  10. 50 squat + overhead press with weights
  11. Kettle bell suicide run with weights. Starting at end zone run to 20 yard line place weight down run back to end zone return to 20 yard line pick up weight, repeat every 20 yards until you reach opposite end zone. Total distance = 700 yards
  12. 50 V ups with weights
  13. Money back to opposite end zone
  14. Pax Plank across football field passing kettle bell
  15. Sally up squats with weights
