The QIC was speaking to a friend and Sad Clown the other day urging him to start by doing push ups in the morning before showering. The Sad Clown said he tried it once; started at 5 and got to 18…shoot, the Pax usually has that knocked out in the first few minutes of the workout…

Paying attention to the log in his own eye, the QIC must admit that he would be in the same boat if not for F3.(Matthew 7:3)…

THE THANG

Warm Up.

MP•15/LBACF/B•15/DQ•15/Reacher•15/Plank jack •15/Spider-Man stretch. 5 each leg

karaoke south and north then skip to the end of the pitch.

start with 10 merkins and ten flutter kicks at each horizontal line(11 total lines) bear crawl in between each line.

Toy Soldier to mid field.  Inside Out picked Number 2..that equals the Cooper Run…

To The Playground. Cooper Run 10-1 descending burpees/squats/merkins/ then run around the playground.

Mosey to circle. COUNT O RAMA NAME O RAMA COT BOM…
