The Thang – VQ Deuce shared a thought on “being open to Yes,” mentioned something about a Rugby ball then started the warmup

SSH IC x15, The Reacher ICx10, LBAC F&B x10 each IC, MP IC x10, standing quad stretch each leg OY w or wo pax support, walking toy soldiers

Indian Run to turf field + backward rugby ball passing (2 drops) = later 10 merkin penalty

suicide sprints from goal line to 10 yard line and back, 2 alternating groups (10 each)

“Roxanne” starting w merkins at beginning of song, sprint @Roxanne, drop to turf and up @RedLight, mosey in between, squats or merkins when no lyrics. (Technical difficulties led to an extended version)

Passing lines in 4 groups, walking, mosey, sprint consecutively from goal to 20 yard line  with backward rugby passing, backpedaling after each. Groups waiting performing alternating flutter kicks and bicycle or modified exercise.( lots of whining about poor visual conditions by certain older PAX)

Shuttle Runs- 4 10 y sprint plus dropping to turf and up from goal to 10 yard line, sprint to 50, 5 burpees, bear crawl to midline, crab walk to opposite sideline, 5 merkins, 4 more 10 y sprints plus dropping to turf and up, 50 yard sprint to goal

Indian Run plus rugby ball toss back to start (1 drop) = 15 total penalty merkins

Wrap up – VQ explained importance of “ being open to yes,” TAP for PAX members expressed, mention of happy hour social tonight and 200 push up challenge, Deuce expressed thanks for supporting VQ.
