Next Up – Corners:
Four Corners: Start with 1 exercise at first cone and increase by 5 reps as you run around perimeter of the field. Increase by 5 at each stop (5, 10, 15, 20)

Tazz led us in merkins – High, Low, Middle. Pope called for 20 BBS. Aquaman called for SealJacks (those hurt!), and Extinguisher called for “knee to chest hang things” – Jumanji can testify that this QIC can’t ever remember the names of exercises.
Twister would be proud – QIC had a speaker with music…
Leadership: What are you doing to “WOW” those around you? It is hard enough to just get “it” done. Whatever it is. Work, School, family, wife, church, etc…But LEADERS step it up and bring the WOW.
