4 Foolhardy and cantankerous men posted at Poseidon for a hump day beatdown. The Q was coming off of a Tuesday fartlek that had him heading for the IR but the miracles of modern marijuana helped him through the pain…

and so we began…

WARM UP.  a little mosey followed by SSH’s, alternating shoulder taps, flutter kicks , and LBACF/B…


mosey to the pool.  20 merkins/ten dips/out of pool 10 pull ups.  Rinse and repeat…I think…box jumps instead of pull ups…

Super 21…we got to 15

mosey to the field.   Toy soldier across. 20 flutter kicks. And return. Something else and 20 alternating shoulder taps.  Return.

50 yard line forward lunge. 20 flutter kicks/ backward lunge back. 20 flutter kicks.
Progressive gassers. 50/75/100% AYG…

leave no man behind and leave no man where you found him…flutter kicks while T-Bird had a heart attack.


top golf Thursday. Prayers for t-bird and his upcoming wedding..,friends that are pregnant. Dads and M’s that are recovering and all those not present but highly thought of today.

always a pleasure to get out of bed and lead these guys.

PS…we almost lost another today as T-Bird actually gave it all he had on the last gassers while the rest of us did our best to maintain our own breath…reminiscent of the joke about the old bull and the young bull overlooking a pasture full of heffers…it’s too early for this. SYITG
