On this cool Autumn morning (65 degrees), I arrived to celebrate my 45th birthday at the Badlands. I challenged the group to consider the 6 factors of 45 (failure to do so would result in penalties). The PAX was prepared but someone (Saigon Sam) showed up late by a mere 30 seconds. Oh well, 10 Burpees were in order following Warm-O-Rama!

COT- The PAX accurately identified the 6 factors of 45. Race on 11/2 for SOC. Prayers for those unsaid and said, including illnesses, sickness, healing, grief , travels, and families. For my BD Q, I selected the following passage in Scripture: Proverbs 9:11- “For through wisdom your days will be many, and years will be added to your life.” Stay well. I love you all!
