Less than 12 hours to plan- Basic Beatdown

7 of us showed up on a humid morning at Pool Party.  YHQ stepped up last night to take the Q, had a decent plan, and unfortunately deleted that on his phone during the first portion of the workout.  So we improvise..  Snuggle provided Papa a Kentucky Blue headband– he looked good..

Some moseying around the AO, a warmup of SSHs, LBCs, BBCs, Reacher– oh yeah, with merkins in between every exercise..

Mosey to the next station- a little ab blaster.. LBCs, Flutter Kicks, Heels to Heaven, BBCs. The ladies love hard abs..

Mosey to the basketball court.  Some old school suicides.. rinse & repeat.. Do it again– this time backwards heading north.. rinse & repeat.. Like Herb Brooks used to say– the legs feed the wolf..

Follow up with a back blaster– Supermans and Air Pull-ups.. Why do Air Pullups hurt so much? We’re only pulling air..

Mosey on to the pool area.. Some steps ups and incline merkins.. And then some partner  work– one partner runs around the skate park– or through it up and over obstacles in the dark for some good safe clean fun while working those stabilizer muscles.. The other partner did a series of exercises ranging from flutter kicks, LBCs, Dips, Seal Jacks.. And finally we finished with some merkins.. And then one final merkin– my favorite kind– the stock market merkin..

Great work Gents.. Hope those that could enjoyed the F2.. Talked about Xmas Party, some runs coming up, and more importantly, getting started on your goals by getting out of the rack early to get to work.
