A beautiful morning for a little workout at The Badlands. 6 Pax showed up to sweat a little bit and chat a little bit and try a little bit harder.

Mosey to Bear crawl hall and run to the end…

mix up a bunch of exercises/Flutter kicks/box jumps/step ups/derkins incline merkins/swirleys/SSH/hello dolly/Freddy Mercury, butterfly stretch/AST/merkins/after sets of 3 exercises, run up bear crawl hall around the flag and back. Air chairs and balls to the walls in between..mosey to the halfway house for one more balls to the walls…head home to the circle.
