6 Pax in the frigid St Johns County gloom for a “Four Corners” style beatdown set to tunes from Nirvana, Pearl Jam, STP, Foo Fighters, and Silverchair….yep, you read that correctly, Silverchair…..

pax worked out as one unit, starting on corner 1, would move to corner 2 using any method except for standard run / walk (ie bear crawls, crab walk, etc). Each corner every Pax completed 50 reps of an exercise. Each team member would contribute an exercise (ie Merkins, flutter kicks, etc) After all four corners where reached, we completed a stair lap. Rinse and repeat……

Finished with plank / burpee leap frog
