The PAX arrived with enthusiasm on this cool December morning. The YHC challenged each man to push himself during the workout by imposing a measure of personal accountable. Only each man knows how hard he works during each exercise and over the course of each workout. As a challenge and measuring stick, we would engage in each exercise OYO.
ALL OYO- Limp Member, 20 Michael Phelps, 20 Reacher, 20 SSH, 5 Burpees, 20 Air Presses, 4 Burpees, 20 Hillbillies, 3 Burpees, 20 Mountain Climbers, 2 Burpees, 20 Squats, 1 Burpee, 20 Monkey Humpers, 20 Pickle Pounders, 20 Merkins, 20 LBCs, Bear Crawl, Crawl Bear, Lunge.
(1)Deconstructed Burpees 11s (10 Merkins and 1 jump, 9 merkins and 2 jumps . . .)
(2) 7 Minute Max Sets- 5 Burpees, 5 HR Merkins, 5 Big Boys, and 5 Jump Squats. After each set run 30 yards and return. Rinse and repeat until time expires.
(3) Repeat 7 Minute Max Sets with longer run after each set.
(4) Bleacher Work- 3 Sets of 20 Dips and 3 Sets of 20 Step Ups.
(5) Mosey to Flag- Core Work- Flutter Kicks, LBCs, Hello Dollies and Supermen
