Ahhhh….Monday morning ….humid…wet…returning men from yesteryear and visitors from up North…and a repeat of the Q from Saturday…but it seemed to work.

The Thang

Walls of Jericho:  7 laps 7 exercises 7 reps : burpees, squats, imperial walkers, flutter kicks. Big boy sit ups , merkins, plank jacks.

Ciabatta  bunch of exercises  30 seconds on ten seconds off


Prayers for those sick and hurting, looking for work and other stuff.

Thought for the day: “Maybe what somebody considers extreme is just necessary.”

”Cutting out sugar and not eating frequently is extreme.”

What if it’s necessary?

Nobody considered the lifestyle that made you overweight and sick extreme!
