McDreamy talked about your 365 page book that YOU get to write.  Flo said you make the choice daily to do what you want.  I will take a different angle— you are the average of the 5 or so people you spend the most time with— are you raising that average or lowering it?  It’s often you against you whether you get better— what are you choosing?

Some pre-workout runs and rucks– good work men!

Warmup: SSH, Michael Phelps, Reacher, Hillbilly’s, Peter Parker, Parker Peter.. .With 10 Merkins in between.
Mosey to the event field.  Partner up— Modified Doras— 10s: Flutterkicks, Supermans, LBCs, Air Pullups.. 8 minutes.  Partner runs to event stage, 5 merkins, runs back.
10s: Merkins, Squats, Mountain Climbers, Lunge.. 8 minutes. Partners runs to event stage, 5 Air Pullups, runs back.
4 corners- Burpee Pyramid: Tell your partners an exercise and run to the middle- 1 Burpee.  Add a burpee each time you go to the middle.. Pyramid up to 3 and then back down (1-2-3-2-1).
Rotate between corners— Partner Carries to the next corner.
