16 PAX joined QIC on a COLD 40 degree January morning ready for a Beatdown and eager to find ways to improve their marriage! Great to see some old faces back out to start the new year strong, (Squeege, Zamboni & Blackout) and 2 new FNGs, Cold Feet and May Day! (One of which came to F3 due to GNC’s interview article from the weekend!)

• Makhtar N’Diayes (15) (4-count exercise in which you put each elbow to the ground and then back into regular plank)

The THANG
• Mosey to Soccer Field
• Millennial 10 cycles. Team of 2 does 100 reps each exercise, then runs a 100yds to end zone. 1) SSH 2) Lunges 3) Merkins
4) LBCs 5) Mtn. Climbers 6) Flutter Kicks 7) Squats 8) Hello Dollies 9) Groiners 10) Alternating Shoulder Taps
• Named as year 2000 is within the time period around which the Millennial generation was born.

o The most important issue in marriage is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
 CHALLENGE: Show your spouse that she is a priority by saying no to an activity so that the two of you can spend some time together. (Sports on TV, Lunch/dinner with friends, F3, etc.)
