5 Pax posted in the crisp Florida air to get a little bit better than they were yesterday. The Q reminded the Pax of the trials and tribulations that everyone is going through at one time or another and how important that is to keep in mind when interacting with others on a daily basis.

Warm up from the ground up.

Don Quixote/The Reacher/Flutter Kicks/Hello Dolly/AST/SSH/Michael Phelps/high knees/50 yd runs 50%.

  1. 4 corners:  10 burpees/10 merkins/10 BBSU/10 flutter kicks
  2. Pool…5 burpees. Climb out of pool. . 10 dips, back in pool..5 burpees. Rinse and repeat 5 times(add a few flutter kicks and hello dollys)
  3. Aching legs…10 box jumps, 10 squats, 10 split jacks, 10 lunge jumps
  4. Lap around the park
  5. Cut a flip
  6. 50 yd dashes and squats


Always a pleasure to serve these men in spite of Amazons poor music choice this morning.
