- 15 Side straddle hops (jumping jacks)

The Thang
- Mosey to the football field, karaoke left and right. “With great pain comes change. If you’re avoiding pain, you’re avoiding change.”
- Fire Drill- Time to embrace the wet grass and soak up the dew. Fast chop, tumble roll left/right on command. (Good job on tight formation- no penalty burpees) “Sweat is Fat Crying- Make it cry!”
- Dora 1-2-3! Teams of two working together towards cumulative goal of:
- 100 merkins
- 200 LBCs
- 300 squats
(One partner does reps while other runs to far blinking lights and back. Switch, until complete ) “The pain you feel today will be the strength you feel tomorrow.”
- Bear Crawl 40 yards to near blinking lights. Mosey to bleachers. “Use Pain as fuel and keep going.”
- 75 Dips on Bleachers. Mosey back to goal line.
- Catch Me If You Can: Partner up. First partner performs 5 Burpees then sprints to second partner, who is running backwards towards opposite goal line. Partners switch and keep alternating until they’ve run 200 yards (down and back) “Lean into the pain” “Turn your pain into power”
- Alphabet- on backs, spell alphabet with legs
- Roll over, 50 merkins “Pain makes you stronger. Pain nourishes courage!”
