11 Pax and 1 FNG (Pudgy) showed up to Anchor for a Saturday morning beatdown. YHC was lacking creativity and turned to the Exicon, stumbling across Billy Madison. This was a pretty repetitive workout, but the mumble chatter kept everyone entertained.

Warm Up:

SSH, Toy Soldiers, LBAC forward/backwards, Monkey Humpers

The Thang:

Indian Run half a lap between each round (grade).  12 reps of each exercise. Before completing the new exercise, the prior exercises must be completed again.

-merkins, squats, lbc’s,  bench step ups, carolina dry docks, birth canals, dips, jump lunge,  flutter kicks, apollo ohnos, burpees, mountain climbers.
