13 men arrived this morning in the Badlands with Super Bowl hangovers and baggy eyes. The mumblechatter was, of course, focused on the game. QIC braved a Co-Q with his 71 year-old father-in-law (Table Top).

THANG- Table Top took the Q from here. Mosey to second parking lot near baseball fields
(1) 4 Rounds of 20 Mountain Climbers, Merkins, Squats, and Lunges for total of 80 each exercise. After each exercise, sprint 20 yards to cone and perform next exercise for a total of 16 sprints.
(2) Form groups of 3: 1st PAX runs suicides while 2nd PAX performs Merkins and 3rd planks- then 2nd runs, 3rd performs Merkins, and 1st planks. Rinse and Repeat until each PAX runs 4 times, planks 4 times and perform Merkins 4 times.
(3) Mosey Bear Crawl Hall- Bear Crawl to light pole followed by lunge.
(4) Baseball Field: Planks- PAX assume plank positions while last man in column army crawls under planking PAX. Rinse and Repeat several times.
(5) 3 sets of 15 dips at bleachers.
(6) 15 IC Merkins
