4. 20 dips, 10 dirkins
5. 20 Seal Jacks, 20 Smurf Jacks, 20 Plank Jacks
6. Iron Cross partner switch
7. 20 jump Squats, 10 side balance pushups
8.10 Merkins, 20 flutter kicks
9. 5 V ups, 10 plank shoulder taps/ butt kicks
10. Island Suicides
