Q explained today’s workout would be in honor of Jolly 51
On 15 March 2018 a US Air Force combat search and rescue crew that crashed in Iraq near the Syrian border. All 7 airmen on board perished — leaving behind heartbroken family and friends. This crew was a combined service crew (meaning they were Active Duty, Reservist, and Air National Guard) who’s main mission in wartime are performing search and rescue missions.
In the Air Force, special operators called Pararescue Jumpers (PJs) are larger than life—they are part Navy SEAL, part Paratrooper, part Paramedic, and all badass. They often fly on helicopter crews that include gunners and pilots who are flying them into extremely hostile situations.
The motto of the AF Pararescue is “These Things We Do, So Others May Live” — if that doesn’t epitomize Living 3rd, I don’t know what does…

5th Round/set was 11 reps each, for a total of 51 Reps of each exercise.
Circle up near the Flag: with time, Pararescue Jumpers are also called PJs — so finished up with 51 Plank Jacks.

Prayers for our nation, world during this coronavirus situation also a reminder how we can be proactive in our community. I recognize I’m luckier than most, and need a reminder how to make sure I am giving back.
