Call in Lt. Dan (feels like you ain’t got no legs – 1 Squat Jump & 4 Monkey Humpers, 1:4 up to 10 jumps)

Merkin Bear Crawl (repeat 5x – 5 Merkins, 5 Bear Crawl, 5 Crawl Bear, 5 BB Sit-ups)

2 Minute Run – back to the store again

COVID-19 (19 of each exercise = Crabcake, One-Arm Pickle Pounder, V-Up Sit-up, Inchworm Plank, Dancing Bear)
