The Importance of the FUNDAMENTALS

Virtual Zoom Q for this Saturday 4/25/2020:  Pax of 13 ventured into the internet virtual gloom of FUNDAMENTALS consisting of Wrangler, Saigon Sam + (3) F3 Friends, Bada Bing, Bloomer, Flo, What Up, Full Monty, Mr. Chan, Zamboni, and Wasted.

MESSAGE FOR TODAY:  Too many focuson the clever or exciting path to excellence, when the most direct route is simply paying attention to the basic FUNDAMENTALS!  This path is often overlooked and the shortcut is sought out.  Why?   Can the patho= of fandamental be boring….sure.   But without the funadmentals, the details are useless.  The HIM that posts at F3 are committed to the fundmentals, have stopped looking for shortcuts, and seek to earn the results.  TO LOSE WEIGHT = RESTRICT CALORIES.  TO BUILD WEALTH = RESTRICT SPENDING AND SAVE!   TO BE A BETTER MAN/HUSBAND/FATHER/FAMILY MEMBER = COMMITT TIME TO YOUR WIFE, KIDS, FAMILY!

ASK YOURSELF THESE BASIC QUESTIONS:

  1. WHAT ARE THE FUNDAMENTAL BEHAVIORS THAT IFI DID THEM CONSISTENTLY EVERY DAY, WOULD END UP TAKING MY LIFE/RELATIONSHIPS/PERFORMANCE AT WORK TO THE NEXT LEVEL.
  2. WHAT DO OUR FAMILIES / LOVED ONES WANT MOST FROM US?
  3. WHAT CAN WE DO EVERYDAY TO ENSURE WE PROVIDE  THAT?

AND SO WE BEGIN SOME PHYSICAL FUNDAMENTALS…and after a quick warm-up, performed the following fundamental excercises of F3 (and yes I may have stolen this from FIA, but it kicks butt!:

BURPEE MERKIN (push up) LBC (crunch) LUNGE MOUNTAIN CLIMBER PLANK (seconds) AMERICAN HAMMER (mason twist) SSH      (jumping jacks) BBSU      (sit ups) SQUAT

After completing 10 rounds, the Q and Pax then proceed to do some burnout excercises going around the group for random fundamental excercies.
