The Thang

Circuit #1

Using the four corners of the field.

  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Merkins
  • 30 Prisoner Squats + Bear Crawl to next station.
  • 40 Big Boy Sit-ups

Circuit #2

Run to the skate park and then 2 rounds of:

  • 10 Plank Jacks
  • 20 Derkins
  • 30 Dips
  • 40 Mountain Climbers

Circuit #3

Using the four corners of the field.

  • 10 Burpees + Lunges to…
  • 20 Carolina Dry Docks
  • 30 Flutter Kicks
  • 40 Big Boy Sit-ups

Circuit #4

Run to the skate park and then:

  • 10 Plank Jacks
  • 20 Derkins
  • 30 Dips
  • 40 Mountain Climbers
