YHC promised a “no run day” and decided to reach into the virtual grab bag and bring one back from The height of Quarantine……for all of those wondering, PAX burned just as many calories as workouts with high cardio…..

50 – 30 second rest

20 – 19 second rest 

19 – 18 second rest 

Down to 1

50 – IC Flutter Kicks (20 second rest)

20 down to 1 different Ab exercises (same format as with merkins)

short distance bear crawls, reptile crawl, crabs to round out time.

5 minutes dynamic stretching
