How do you prioritize your TIME? Do you spend it on the FUNDAMENTALS?

Q for this Saturday 5/30/2020:  Brushed off the dust of a popular Quarantine Zoom driveway  Q.  Pax of 16 ventured into the weekend morning gloom of TIME MANAGEMENT & FUNDAMENTALS at Hard Nocs consisting of: Hat Trick, Middy, Gravy, Heisenberg, VooDoo, Left Turn, Gizzard, Dollar Bill, 50 Cent, Saigon Sam, Bada Bing, Bloomer, Brown, Full Monty, Sofa, , and yours truly…Wasted.

MESSAGE FOR TODAY:  There are 524,160 minutes in a year.  382,200 minute are waking minutes.  Everyone is given the same amount of this finite yet variable resource we call TIME.   But why do some “get it done” and other don’t?  Why are some productive with tha time and others not?

Too many seem to focus on the clever or exciting path to excellence, when the most direct route is simply paying attention to the basic FUNDAMENTALS!  This path is often overlooked and the shortcut is sought out.  Why?   Can the path of fandamental be boring….sure.   But without the funadmentals, the details are useless.  The HIM that posts at F3 are committed to the fundmentals, have stopped looking for shortcuts, and seek to earn the results.  TO LOSE WEIGHT = RESTRICT CALORIES.  TO BUILD WEALTH = RESTRICT SPENDING AND SAVE!   TO GET FIT = EXCERCISE!   TO BE A BETTER MAN/HUSBAND/FATHER/FAMILY MEMBER = COMMITT TIME TO YOUR WIFE, KIDS, FAMILY, FRIENDS!

ASK YOURSELF THESE BASIC QUESTIONS:

  1. WHAT ARE THE FUNDAMENTAL BEHAVIORS THAT IFI DID THEM CONSISTENTLY EVERY DAY, WOULD END UP TAKING MY LIFE/RELATIONSHIPS/PERFORMANCE AT WORK TO THE NEXT LEVEL.
  2. WHAT DO OUR FAMILIES / LOVED ONES WANT MOST FROM US?
  3. WHAT CAN WE DO EVERYDAY TO ENSURE WE PROVIDE  THAT?

AND SO WE BEGAN with SOME PHYSICAL FUNDAMENTALS…and after a quick warm-up, performed the following fundamental excercises of F3 (and yes I may have stolen this WORKOUT, but added in some different angles and great musics, and it kicks butt!   Here are the details:

After completing 10 rounds, the Q and Pax then proceeded to COT, announcements in which Hesienberg remnded all HIM’s of our responsibility of leadership in our communities with the chaos and uncertainty in the wrold today!  We ended with some thoughts and prayer requests for the Hartman family (no relation to Jeff Hartman – Outhouse) that Full Monty has a funeral for a daughter due to suicide and reminds of time being finite and to spend it with our loved one and reach out to those in need often.
