In the Gloom this morning at Badlands Davis Park, had Pax of 8 HIM’s at a free, volunteer peer-led workout. I am not a professional, and I had no knowledge of any injuries or fitness considerations, so it was each individual’s responsibility excercise safe and modify as necessary.
Message: Guided by the Light(s), HIM’s don’t swerve out of the way of the hard stuff! By being guided by the Lord’s light and message, we stand up and walk toward the hard stuff! This is not Gold’s Gym, it is God’s Gym! Membership was provided to God’s Gym when you were born! No membership card needed, already given!
Warm-up: SSH, merkins, LBAC’s forward and backward, lunges, limo member,
Simple workout, 9 lights at Davis Park road to football field, represented 9 stations going south and 9 stations coming back north. Pax managed to do 105 burpees, 10 at various lights, along with shoulder taps, planks, merkins, lunges, LBC’s, flutter kicks in between burpee stations just to keep it hard and intersting (that’s what she said)!
