In Shirley’s famous (now infamous) VG with second in command Gizzard- 15 brave souls took on HN and in HN fashion toured many of parking lots and spent time in the playground.  The message- remember your true foundation, and work with other men to keep it strong, strong in faith, fellowship and fitness.

5 Burpees

50 LBC. OYO

Mosey Toward Field

1 Minute Plank
10 burpees. -OYO
25 plank with shoulder tap.  OYO

Run towards fields

Bermuda Triangle – Hoping not to lose anyone. Using the parking islands.

Bear crawl to cone 1 – 5burpees
Bear crawl to come 2 –  10burpees
Bear crawl to home – 15 burpees.

Break.  Lunge
Captain Thor. 10 each station.
1:4 (1 big boy sit up / 4 Russian twist)

Break. Side Hussle
Crowd pleaser -5 -Merkin to a Groiner.

Shirley Passes to Gizzard who heads to Playground

15 various exercise stations- each to be done by PAX in 15 minutes- Mike Tysons, Slide Merkin hop, pull-ups, leg lifts, inverted merkins, box jumpers, step-ups, swinging dog merkins, etc.

Mosey to Bridge- lunge and crab walk

Mosey back to flag- stopping for BTTW for 1 minute.
