Some HIM joined on a warm muggy June Monday for a meathead workout.

Warmup: SSH, Reacher, Michael Phelps, Big Arm Circles, Stretch, Mosey

Tabata Workout: 35 seconds of work/12 seconds of rest.  Round 1 mixed core work in between each exercise. Round 2– straight through the workouts.
